Regional Sales Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced sales representative who will report directly to the Vice President of Label Solutions. The ideal candidate will develop their client base relating to both prime (branded) labels and cylinder (Compressed Gas Industry) industrial labels as new business growth. Most accounts will order on a recurring basis, which means residual commissions for you. The target markets for Label Solutions’ products include:

· Compressed Gas

· Industrial/Manufacturing

· Food Packaging

· Natural Health

· Pet Food and Health

· Marine & Trailers

· Private Labeling/Contract Manufacturers

The ideal candidate will have the ability to sell contractual long run and short run work. This is a hunter role, compensation will be a base salary plus residual commissions, cell phone, company laptop, expense account and mileage reimbursement and will be commensurate with experience and abilities. A Skilled RSM will have the ability to make upwards of $115-150k annually.

Requirements:
· 3 years’ experience in selling pressure-sensitive labels.
· Generate qualified prospects from identified leads, the internet & trade shows.
· Identify and develop sales opportunities, securing orders when attainable
· Develop territory strategies with the Vice President to cultivate new growth
· Manage the quoting process with our Label Development Team
· Provide updated forecasts from your leads and prospects as part of your weekly team huddle
· Uses reliable vehicle transportation for local client visits (Average distance: 300+ miles)
· Travel when necessary to service clients in the territory and potential trade shows.
· Follow up on all quotes, new and repeat orders.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-years’ experience in selling pressure sensitive labels.
· Proven track record of success in sales.
· Disciplined behaviors to work from home - Candidate has remote home office and onsite facility workspace.
· Computer literacy.
· Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
· Experienced in qualifying and closing the sale via mobile and in-person
· Good business acumen and can relate to both small companies and large corporations
· Proven ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth
· Ability to sell long-term contracts vs. transactional sales.
· Self-starter, multi-tasker, goal oriented, strong business acumen of manufacturing and supply chain.
